Westminster All Natural Soup & Oyster Crackers can be used in many ways besides an accompaniment to soup, chowder, chili, stews or as a delicious and satisfying snack that many of our customers sell at their counters or in their gift shops individually, nicely displayed in a basket or similar container.

Use Westminster Crackers to create an innovative salad topping in place of croutons or use as a base for bar mix or a unique breading:

Simply pour Westminster All Natural Soup and Oyster Crackers into a plastic bag and toss with just enough vegetable oil to coat the product.
Add any ingredient to achieve the flavor profile you desire, e.g parmesan cheese or raspberry vinaigrette dressing and shake well so product gets coated.
For a great Bar Mix use Cajun Spice or your favorite hot sauce.
Then place the seasoned crackers in an oven at 350 degrees for 3 to 4 minutes to allow the mixture to set. Our product is fully baked and the additional cook time will not harm it.

Westminster Crackers can also be used to create a great breading. Crush the crackers by hand or in a food processor to the coarseness you desire. Add seasonings of your choice to achieve a signature topping for baked fish or an outstanding base for stuffing.
