The perfect brunch or Easter treat combines ready-made whipped cream, fresh fruit and Lucy’s gluten-free sugar cookies. These quick fruit tarts elevate a family gathering without all of the work of making full fruit tarts. You can even set up a little ‘make your own’ station and let guests decorate their own tarts!
Ingredients:
1-2 bags of Lucy’s Sugar Cookies
1 can of whipped cream
fresh fruit (kiwis, blueberries, raspberries)
mandarin oranges in juice (canned or in cups)
Directions:
Wash and cut fruit into small pieces.
Take a Sugar Cookie and top with whipped cream.
Arrange cut fruit and mandarin orange slices on top of whipped cream. Serve immediately or refrigerate for no more than an hour.
