5 cups Westminster Oyster Crackers
3 tbs. canola oil
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tps. cayenne
1 tps. five spice powder
2 tsp. sea salt
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°.  
  2. Combine oil, chili, cayenne, five spice, salt and rosemary.  Add to crackers and stir until they are covered.
  3. Spread out in roasting pan and bake for 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.
  4. Remove and let cool completely.  Store in an airtight container.
