Ingredients
1 box Westminster Crackers (Hearty Squares or Saltines)
6–8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, gouda, or a blend)
2–3 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Arrange Westminster crackers in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the crackers. Top with crumbled bacon.
Sprinkle brown sugar, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and smoked paprika evenly over the top.
