At Westminster Crackers, we take great pride in every batch we bake. Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns.

If something isn’t right with your order, please let us know. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, our customer care team will work with you to make it right.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, photo documentation may be requested. If a product or packaging issue is confirmed, we will replace the item or issue a refund for the affected product.

If you believe a product may be defective, we kindly ask that you hold the product and packaging until our team has reviewed your request, as we may need additional information.

Shelf Life Guarantee

Our crackers are crafted with simple ingredients and no added preservatives, just as they have been for generations.

To ensure you receive the freshest product possible, we guarantee that all items shipped from our bakery will have a minimum of 90 days of remaining shelf life from the ship date.

Products that meet or exceed this 90-day freshness guarantee are not eligible for refunds or replacements based on shelf life.
