Shipping policy
At Westminster Crackers, we work hard to get your order from our bakery to your door as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Our fulfillment days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Because we begin processing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been placed.
If you need to update your order or shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before the order ships.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier transit times. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
During holiday periods or times of high order volume, please allow additional time for fulfillment and shipping.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and delivery destination.
Weather & Carrier Delays
Weather conditions such as snow, severe storms, or other transit disruptions may occasionally affect carrier delivery timelines. While we work hard to ship orders promptly, delays caused by weather or carrier disruptions are outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Westminster Crackers is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. If you need additional assistance, our customer care team is happy to help investigate the issue.
