Baked Pepper Jelly & Bacon Dip

Ingredients
Westminster Hearty Square Crackers (for serving)
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
1 (5–6 oz) block Boursin cheese
1 jar pepper jelly
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
5–6 oz bacon, cooked and diced
3 tbsp green onions, sliced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Boursin, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
Fold in bacon and green onions, reserving a small amount for topping.
Spread mixture evenly into a small baking dish.
Spoon pepper jelly over the top in an even layer.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbling.
Remove from oven and top with remaining bacon and green onions.
Serve warm with Westminster Hearty Square Crackers.
